How Does It Work?

It’s simple- You pick out your ringtone, text the keyword for that ringtone to REJECT, confirm and we send you the ringtone to your phone!

How Much Do They Cost?

Each ringtone is a one time cost of $1.99

Will These Ringtones Work On My Phone?

As long as your phone is compatible and able to gain internet access the ringtones will work. You can ask your provider for more details. There's a pretty good chance that you'll be able find the right tunes for your phone.

Do I Need An Internet-Enabled Phone?

Yes. We'll send you a link and you'll download your ringtone via WAP. You've got one of those, right?

What Do I Do With The Download Link You Send Me?

Once you've placed your order we'll send a text message with a link to your phone. Use your phone options to go to this address and take your download.

What Is WAP?

WAP is an Internet mobile browser that makes it easy for your phone to connect to the Internet. If your phone isn't WAP-enabled, no worries. You can still download as long as your phone is Internet-enabled.

I've Entered Your WAP Address But I'm Still Not Getting In. What's The Hold Up?

If you know your phone works with WAP but you still can't reach our site, it's probably a problem with your cellular company.

I Haven't Received My Download. What Is The Problem?

It's possible that your WAP settings aren't correct, that there's a network problem or that you've entered the wrong phone number. Check the number or try again later.

This SMS link Doesn't Work - What's Going On?

The link is fine when we send it. Check that your phone is Internet-enabled and that the link was not corrupted during delivery. If your phone is WAP-enabled, you can also text the keyword listed to REJECT and we will send you the tone. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.
